Bob Jungels

One Of The Most Promising Young Cyclists On The Circuit

Olympic speaker Bob Jungels is a professional cyclist who has achieved so much at such a young age. Winning the Junior World Time-Trial Championships in 2010 – when he was just 17 years old – Bob has raced for the Trek Factory Racing Team and taken part in the UCI World Tour.

Other wins for Bob include two gold medals at the Games of the Small States of Europe and – before he was even 23 – Jungels had won the Luxembourg Time-Trial National Championships, the Paris-Roubaix, Le Triptyque des Monts et Châteaux and the Flèche du Sud.

The professional teams that Olympic speaker Bob has ridden for include the Leopard-Trek Continental Team in 2012, RadioShack-Leopard from 2013 to 2015 and Etixx-Quick Step for the 2016 and 2017 seasons. In 2014, Jungels came third in the opening TT stage of the Dauphine, with only Chris Froome and Alberto Contador ahead of him.

Born in Luxembourg and living in Switzerland, Bob Jungels is definitely one of the most promising cyclists on the circuit today and audiences love hearing his stories and anecdotes from his time in one of the most challenging sports in the world.
