Scottish curler and Olympic speaker, Anna Sloan, who plays for the Hutton Curling Club in a team skipped by the 13 gold medal winning Eve Muirhead has five gold medals to her name, four silvers and two bronzes.

Both of Anna’s bronze medals came in 2014, she won one at the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia. Whilst her other came in the European Curling Championships in Champéry, Switzerland.

Anna Sloan’s silver medals all came in the European Curling Championships in 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2015. Finally, Anna’s gold medals were won at the World Junior Curling Championships in Vancouver in 2009 and Perth in 2011; at the 2011 Winter Universiade in Erzurum, Turkey; at the same year’s European Curling Championships in Moscow; and at the 2013 World Championships in Riga.

Apart from her appearances at the Winter Universiade and the Olympic Games, where she competed for Great Britain, Anna Sloan has won all her other medals as a competitor for Scotland.
