Biography

As a testament to his long term dedication, Frank was titled National Coach for Athletics in Scotland in 1970, and Director of Coaching for UK Athletics nine years later. As the High-Performance Director for SASCOC, President of the European Athletics Coaches Association, Member of the IAAF Coaches Commission and Chair of the IAAF Academy, he knows a thing or two about producing high-performance teams. At the 2016 Rio Olympic and Paralympic Games, Frank coached South Africa’s athletic team to success.

As a keynote speaker, Frank is in high demand. Calculated and highly interesting, he uses his knowledge of mentoring to inspire a new perspective in his audience. With a unique approach to the winning mindset, he value’s personal development above coming first, which has produced countless first-place athletes.
