Racing cyclist, coach and Olympic speaker Jamie Staff MBE began his sporting career as a BMX rider where he tasted a great deal of success, becoming the BMX world champion in 1996 before he made the switch back to track racing. Having swapped between different codes of biking, Staff is an expert in versatility and adaptability, two topics he is renowned for discussing throughout his time as a speaker.
As well as winning an Olympic gold medal in the team sprint at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, Jamie won five more medals at the World Championships, two gold medals at the World Cup, one gold at the 2004 UCI Track World Championships and then another gold medal at the 2005 World Championships.
