Having won numerous gold medals throughout his illustrious career, Staff often discusses the importance of peak performance but reflects on the teamwork and leadership required to be successful.

As well as winning numerous gold medals, Staff has won countless silver and bronze medals at prestigious events such as the Commonwealth Games and World Championships. Having enjoyed one of Britain’s most successful cycling careers, Staff often reflects on the drive and determination required to perform at an elite level throughout your career.

As an Olympic speaker who was given an MBE in 2009, Jamie Staff draws upon his vast experience of competing around the world against some of the best athletes and coming out on top time and time again. His commitment, dedication and unbridled passion for his sport – a sport that he began when he was just nine years old – is clear when he addresses audiences who just love to hear what it takes to become a world and Olympic champion.
