A remarkable sportsman, Benjamin developed a passion for skiing after attending the 2018 Winter Olympics as a spectator and took part in his first official race two years later. Qualifying for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics at the event, he decided to represent Jamaica as a testament to the Jamaican nationality passed on to him by his father. Championed on by Dudley Stokes, the former Jamaican Olympic bobsledder, he took part in the giant slalom event and finished in 46th place overall. Taking the title of the first alpine skier to represent Jamaica in the Olympics, Benjamin made history as a result of his success.
Before his sporting career, Benjamin started his professional career working in wealth management. Later decided to make a change in his career direction, and he focused his driven mindset on becoming a professional DJ in 2010.
