Bryony Page is a pioneering trampoline gymnast whose career is defined by resilience and extraordinary achievements. Overcoming early challenges, including "the yips", a condition that affects fine motor skills, Bryony demonstrated remarkable perseverance. After securing a Silver medal at the 2011 World Championships, she faced the disappointment of missing the 2012 London Olympics. Undeterred, she became a three-time British Champion from 2013 to 2015 and won her first World Championship title in the All-Around Team Trampoline event in 2013.
Her Olympic debut at the 2016 Rio Games was historic, as she became Great Britain’s first-ever trampoline finalist, ultimately winning a Silver medal. Bryony's success continued at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, where she earned a Bronze medal in the Individual Trampoline discipline, showcasing her consistency at the highest level of competition. These accomplishments cemented her status as a leading figure in the sport.
In 2024, Bryony reached the pinnacle of her career by winning the Gold medal at the Paris Olympic Games, a crowning achievement that underscored her exceptional talent and determination. Her role as the Closing Ceremony Flag Bearer further highlighted her influence and leadership within the Olympic community. Additionally, she has excelled at the European and World Championships, winning multiple titles, including being a double European Champion in 2022 and 2024 and a World Champion in Individual Trampoline in 2021 and 2023. In 2025, Bryony was appointed MBE for her services to Trampoline Gymnastics.
Beyond her athletic success, Bryony has been recognised for her contributions to sport and society, receiving an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Sheffield in 2022.
